Returns of unused and/or exchanges of defective products and kits may be made to the Red Cross Store by calling the Customer Service Team at 1-866-632-7751. All requests for returns and credit must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Credit will be given for products returned. For exchanges of damaged products or kits, a call tag will be sent. A replacement product will be sent out immediately.
